E-commerce retailers worldwide lose billions in margin due to discounts. We built Tyviso to stop that leak without slowing sales.
We’d spent years inside some of the world’s biggest brands, watching them slash prices just to attract or keep a customer. Every time, it was the same trade-off: win the sale, lose the margin. In boardrooms, it was called “a necessary cost of acquisition.” In reality, it was leaving millions on the table.
From “What If?” to “Here’s the Data”
In 2021, we set out to prove there was a better way. The first version of Tyviso was our experiment: could we connect brands in a way that added genuine value to customers without eroding margins? Could we back it with hard data, not marketing hype?
The answer was yes — but only after we tore the whole thing apart and rebuilt it in early 2023. That’s when Tyviso became what it is today: a science-led brand partnership platform built to deliver measurable growth. We don’t start with a gut feel. We start with a hypothesis, match the right partners, run controlled tests, and measure the results relentlessly.
The People, the Process, the Proof
Our founders, Adrian Vella and Pierre Cozzani, first crossed paths at Yahoo!, managing and optimising some of the largest accounts in the world. They brought the same mix of curiosity, precision, and healthy scepticism to Tyviso — along with a refusal to cut corners. We won’t pick a partner for you until we’ve learned your brand inside out.
The payoff? Partners typically see a 2–10% uplift in total website revenue, and one major retailer achieved a £24m increase in a single year. Today, we work with category leaders like SharkNinja, EE, Sky, Pets at Home, LG, and Samsung, operating originally in the UK but now also Germany, France, and the US.
