As they ventured into brand partnership for the first time, O4B had clear objective in mind and sought a partner capable of delivering substantial results. They chose Tyviso to assist in three critical areas:
- Increase basket completion rate
- Raise total site AOV

Approach

- 25% of shoppers selected a gift during their checkout, increasing perceived value
- When a gift was selected, basket completion rose 46% supporting conversion rate
- The same users also spent 17.2% more, improving AOV
