TyvisoObjectives

As a first foray into brand partnerships, O4B chose Tyviso to help in three critical areas:

  1. Increase basket completion rate
  2. Raise total site AOV
  3. Surface other brands popular with its shoppers

TyvisoApproach

O4B used Tyvio’s Gift With Purchase platform to analyse and review relevant partners for the brand, making use of an existing library of high-quality partners.

Alongside this, the Tyviso team custom designed and created a highly customised 3-brand widget for the brands’ basket page.

Deployed through Tag Manager, once the widget was ready – implementation was seamless.

After 30 days, the results were absolutely off the (baby) scales in terms of return, with highlights including:

  • 25% of shoppers selected a gift during their checkout, increasing perceived value
  • When a gift was selected, basket completion rose 46% supporting conversion rate
  • The same users also spent 17.2% more, improving AOV

Finally, with a CVR of 12%, the campaign successfully delivered offers that are most relevant to O4B customers, and added value to their experience with the brand.
