Approach
Parcel2Go used Tyviso’s Gift With Purchase product by placing it on the basket page. Tyviso helped choose suitable partners for the brand from a ready-made selection of high-quality options, employing a science-led, data-driven approach.
A/B testing was conducted to optimise partner selection and placement, ensuring the strategy delivered maximum impact and measurable results.
Parcel2Go is not a traditional e-commerce site, so extensive testing was performed to find the best design for their site. After three different split tests, a final design was chosen, tailored to optimise the user experience by adapting to the specific device being used, whether it’s a mobile, tablet, or desktop.
The GWP script was implemented via Tag Manager, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration.
Results
The final split test was based on valuable data collected from earlier tests. Each test provided insights into user behaviour and helped refine the design for better performance. This data-driven approach led to the best results, including:
- 1.8% increase in basket completion rate
- Average order value increased by 29.23 %
- 17.2% increase in revenue per user
