Parcel2Go started its journey in brand partnerships to increase its profitability and enhance its customers' value. With this, the following goals were chosen:

TyvisoApproach

Parcel2Go used Tyviso's Gift With Purchase product by placing it on the basket page. Tyviso helped choose suitable partners for the brand from a ready-made selection of high-quality options.

Parcel2Go is not a traditional e-commerce site, so extensive testing was performed to find the correct design for their site. After three different split tests, a final design was settled on, which varies by device.

The GWP script was implemented via Tag Manager, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration.

The final split test delivered the best results. These being:

  • 1.8% increase in basket completion rate
  • Average order value increased by 29.23 %
  • 17.2% increase in revenue per user
