In addition, the checkout marketing strategy was tailored to Haier's audience – individuals who are passionate about enhancing their home environment and are willing to invest in high-quality kitchen appliances. To meet these preferences, brands like Care + Protect were selected, offering checkout incentives such as a free laundry pods with free delivery.
Just one month after launching, the impact was clear. Customers who engaged with the Gift With Purchase offer at checkout demonstrated significantly stronger purchasing behaviour, with those who checked out with the offers showing:
